Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (stickers and greeting cards), all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are happy to make it right!

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

We will replace the item or offer a refund, depending on the situation.

Lost or Misdelivered Orders

We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors first. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders marked as delivered.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing your order, and cancellations are not guaranteed.
